SMS and mobile communication
SMS consent is collected when you check the box on our contact form and provide a phone number. Contact and business details, motor carrier and driver qualification information such as DOT and MC numbers, equipment, insurance and license data, shipment details including pickup and delivery locations, commodity, weight and miles, load references, technical data such as IP address and browser type, and the messages you send us.
How we use it
To answer enquiries, qualify carriers, plan loads, dispatch drivers and arrange ground transportation across the lower 48. To run billing, compliance, support and status updates. To improve safety and operations, and to meet legal obligations.
Sharing
We share information with motor carriers, insurers, factoring partners, maintenance vendors, hosting providers and professional advisers only as needed to move freight or run the business, and when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
Information is kept as long as needed for services, transportation recordkeeping, tax and legal requirements, and dispute resolution. We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards, while noting that no internet transmission is completely secure.
